we cannot confirm it
it may be possible in the future
but with today's technology we cannot time travel.

Hcln: well if you can bring one side of a wormwhole near a backhole or spin it with nearly speed of light time will sliw down whereas at other side the time will pass normally so if anyone pass from one side (time normal)to other side he will go back in time when that side of black hole time freezed or slowed down
Hcln: what we r lacking in is technology to make this possible
rocksamyadav: that is what i said
rocksamyadav: we can't just BRING black holes
Hcln: If we develop a technology to carry one side of the wormhole near Black hole then it might be possible to time travel in past
rocksamyadav: well there are another ways to time travel rather that using black holes
rocksamyadav: like,,travel around the earth in opposite direction of earth's rotation in the speed of light
Hcln: Yeah if you can reach speed of light then obviously you can travel in time

Answer:

More than 100 years ago, a famous scientist named Albert Einstein came up with an idea about how time works. He called it relativity. This theory says that time and space are linked together. Einstein also said our universe has a speed limit: nothing can travel faster than the speed of light (186,000 miles per second).

What does this mean for time travel? Well, according to this theory, the faster you travel, the slower you experience time. Scientists have done some experiments to show that this is true.

For example, there was an experiment that used two clocks set to the exact same time. One clock stayed on Earth, while the other flew in an airplane (going in the same direction Earth rotates).

After the airplane flew around the world, scientists compared the two clocks. The clock on the fast-moving airplane was slightly behind the clock on the ground. So, the clock on the airplane was traveling slightly slower in time than 1 second per second.
