According to me,
=> Yes, time travel to future is possible and is done at very small level ( of some nanoseconds)
If we travel at very high speed, the time slows down for us
If you want proof of time travel to future...
Search about "Hafle keting experiment"
=> Time travel to past can be done by worm holes which are very small in size and can't be seen by naked eyes..... Scientists are trying to find worm holes but haven't got yet.... If we get worm holes, we can travel to past..
It is not done till now..
=> One paradox (virodhabhas) related to time travel is grandfather paradox....
Suppose you have travelled to past and killed your grandfather, now the question arises if your grandfather has died earlier, how you born and if you haven't born, how you killed your grandfather....
Here, another theory that is Parallel universe theory came...

yes it is
time travel means travelling in time and going in either past or future but traveling in past isn't possible ..

modern physics:-
according to modern physics time travel is possible through the black holes , traveling with speed of light , wormholes , curve in space time.
