YES, time travel and transportation can be possible if we travel faster or equal to the speed of light... but the only problem is that if you could time travel through this method you could only travel to future but can't come to past........ if you think that nothing can travel faster than light, then let me tell you that an object called TACHYON travels faster than speed of light....
