well according to theories yes.according to einstines special relativity theory if a person travels in a speed more then that of light then time will pass slowly for him but with his respect the time of the whole world will pass quickly and hence he will be able to travel to future

Well I think that time traveling is not possible but you can make your future great by saving time right now . Time travelling will be possible in 2050s from my guess after the invention by scientists.
