Is tinned and sealed food always safe to eat?

Well I don't think that tinned food is always safe to eat. This is because sometimes, some bacteria which can cause diseases survive in them and also the harmful chemicals which are used for the inner coating of tins can be dangerous. Therefore, tinned food must be checked and only fresh food should be preferred.
