Tissue culture is little bit same as vegetative propagation

because in tissue culture is used to multiply endangered plants and those plants whose seeds take long time to germinate.

While vegetative propagation is generally seen in higher plants and in this new plants are produced from vegetative parts of plant like seed, stem etc.
