you can say that if we see the modern education building skills we will find that these are not helping students to improve their skills and the object of this building skill is also not force to student to make their career according to their interest. That's why these sķill are not necessary to succeed in life.

Although the education gaining is the simplest process to achieve success in the modern world but it is not mandatory for some cases.

For example,if a person is pursuing a non-academic profession (such as art,sports etc) then the formal education is not mandatorily necessary for the success in that field.

Although self development and achieving experiences are mandatorily necessary in all the field where we want to achieve success.
