NO it is not a renewable resource because it is eroding much faster than it is capable of regenerating.it takes millions of years for process of weathering so it is not renewable

soil is non-renewable resource as it takes long time to form as weathering it is a slow process.as it is bulk material once removed from the ground,the nutrient content of the soil can be renewed with fertilizers
