In automobile manufacturing, the transfer is a big issue. The transfer is evaluated on the basis of what conditions it is in. The use of proper employees is needed very much, in the right place. The one who are like the freshers, should be transferred to the area where, the pressure of production is low and they may get a good training. Whereas the experienced employees are the one who should be transferred to the branches with huge load of production.

These transfers balances the employees capabilities, resulting in a good business.
