Answer:
We treat people differently every day. When you are looking for a partner, you will probably have a preference for a man or a woman. Or for someone with a certain colour of hair or skin. With a cheerful smile and beautiful teeth. Or with the same taste in music. Is that discrimination, too

No, not all unequal treatment is discrimination
Explanation:
- Normally, you only invite people who you want to know well if you are having a party. Others are not invited and excluded only because we do not know them. This does not mean we are discriminating them. However, many a time we differentiate people in our day-to-day lives, depending on age, race, origin, etc. Everybody isn't treated fairly everywhere. In such case we do discriminate by treating people based on their religion, race, gender, ethnicity, etc.
- Another example, where an employer wants to hire someone with per-requisite qualification, refuses to hire someone who does not meet the qualification, that would not be considered as discrimination since to do the job one must posses certain skills/qualifications. Everyone understands that. However, discriminating a person based on sexual orientation/gender when it comes to offering a job, it is considered discrimination.
- You may distinguish between individuals-often based on gender or colour of the skin. It is not illegal to favors those of a certain skin color or background ]. It is only not permissible in circumstances where this difference does have a role to play.
