Vegetative propagation is a type of asexual reproduction. 'Cause there's no occurrence of formation and fusion of gametes . Offspring is produced from a part of the parent plant. Clones means ones who are exact copies of their parent. Here, the offspring will be morphologically looking like its parent plant. So, it can be termed as Clones.
