Displacement is a vector which points from the initial position of an object to its final position. Velocity is a vector which shows the direction and rate of motion. The standard units of velocity are meters per second.

YouAHoe: are you sure? because displacement is a vector.
Rahulsingh17: Yeah I'm sure about it

DISPLACEMENT IS THE SHORTEST DISTANCE FROM A POINT TO ANOTHER AND VELOCITY IS NOTHING BUT SPEED WITH DIRECTION....
BOTH ARE VECTOR QUANTITIES
BUT VELOCITY IS DISPLACEMENT DIVIDED BY TIME...........

lsb10: DISPLACEMENT IS MEASURED USING METRE........AND VELOCITY IS MEASURED IN METRE PER SECOND...............
lsb10: PLEASE MARK MY ANSWER AS THE BRAINLIEST
lsb10: VECTOR QUANTITY MEANS MAGNITUDE WITH DIRECTION THAT'S ALL.............DON'T GET CONFUSED
