is velocity is constant in a uniform circular motion ? give reason. In books it is given yes but in a circular motion direction change continuously .So velocity should change .​

Yes velocity is constant because velocity is distance travelled per second..So if u think that velocity is changing per second ur correct but the average velocity is same..And accelaration is same..So velocity is constant
