No.Velocity is nothing but rate of change of displacement.Velocity depends on direction whereas speed is the rate of change of distance and it does not depend on direction.When a body moves in a uniform circular path, it's direction keeps changing continuously so, we can infer that velocity keeps varying and does not remain constant.
