Give a reason for your answer. Answer: Velu is not happy because he scratched his head and sides when he was offered the work from Jaya. He thought he would do it now until he gets a better job.

Velu was happy to find a work but was not satisfied with the work he got with Jaya.. Without work he would not be able to live in the city ..he felt bad at the same time as he had to pick plastics which were trash..
