• It has an international seaport.

• It has a well-developed infrastructure.

• It is connected with a National Highway.

• It is the major city in AP.

• It is one of the first smart cities in the country.

• It has a lot of tourist attractions.

Demerits:

• Visakhapatnam has a lot of disadvantages like earthquakes and cyclones.

• It is not appropriate for capital because most of the area in the straight span with the Mountains.

• It is not possible to geographical conditions because the east side is the sea and the west side is mountains.
