Reflex action is a sudden, unconscious and involuntary response of the effectors to s stimulus.

Walking is actually different from reflex action.

The reflex action takes place through a pathway called reflex arc which includes the spinal cord.

Walking is just an action which takes place after thinking. Such an action is controlled by the brain. The action like working is particularly controlled by the fore brain.

On the other hand reflex action occurs when there is a very different situation to which sudden response is mandatory.

Let's example of of reflex action :-

If we touch a hot substance, and if you do not take of the hand from what we touched, we may get burned. So, sudden response is very necessary here.

The reflex arc which helps in the sudden response called the reflex action includes :-Stimulus,Receptors,Sensory Neurons,SPINALCORD,Motor Neurons,Effectors,Response.
