Water cycle can be reversed, well the droplets are evaporated they are then condensed and come back on earth and the whole cycle happens, BUT THIS IS THE ONLY REVERSIBLE CHANGE ACTUALLY

If you talk about water droplets going down the hill and you want to reverse it by doing the opposite it won't happen

And in the first explanation, evaporation happens at low pressure areas and hence The Whole Water Cycle Is Irreversible in this sense, if you wanted to ask in another sense then please rewrite the question.

But yes the guy below is correct, it is reversible in the sense if we look at the changing states of water and not the cycle.
