Is water free from suspended impurities a pure substance?why?

Here Is your answer

No ground water has impurities, minerals, gases and some microbes dissolved in it. But water is present at different depths. Like the place where I am living has perfectly drinkable water after we dig a boring pipe upto 100 feet or deeper. Above 100 feet water is not drinkable.

And considering about the dissolved microbes most of then are not harmful if we have a habit of drinking ground water from childhood as we have better immunity than modern day kids who completely rely on RO purifiers.
