Is work experience letter enough to prove my previous Co. employment for MBA/MS studies or I need Pay slip or bank statement (I worked for startup company. They pay salary by giving me cash each month; there is no salary credit in my bank account)?

U should have taken care of this.

Work experience letter is not enough as company ask for the bank statement and also salary slip, salary in cash is not valid so ask that startup company to make a salary slip for the months u have worked, ask this as a favor, and convince your current company to hire u without bank statement, always take your salary in account .
