I think my diet is not balanced because I eat a lot of chips and meat so I should eat more vegetables and fruits to make it a balance one.

we need more proteins instead of carbohydrates...and take more fibers ...in our diet it make avoid all our digestive problems...and take green vegetables ....and take which we cultivate under the ground vegetables like carrot , beetroots,colocassia. etc it gives more vitamins...take jaggery instead sugar...jaggery is most healthy
