Is zero (0) a rational number? Justify your answer. please give the correct answer ​

Yes, 0 is a rational number

0 is a rational number because it satisfies the definition of rational numbers i.e. “Any number that can be expressed in the form a/b where a and be are integers and b is not equal to 0 is a rational number”. 0 can written as 0/x where x is any integer except 0.

Rational number: which can be expressed in the form of  \frac{p}{q} and q =/= 0.

If we see from the mathematics view, 0 is a rational number....

but if we write 0 in q it is not a rational number....
