Is zero a rational number? Can you write it in the form p/q, where p and q are integers and q is not equal to 0? ​

yes 0 is a rational i.e. it can be written in the form p upon q where p and q are integers

For eg . 0/2, 0/33 etc.

And. q isn't eq to 0 .
