Zero is a rational number.

We can express 0 in the for o p/q and any value of q that is divided by zero will be zero itself.

Answer:

yes, 0 is a rational

but if you put 0 in q, where q is a denominator

it will makes your value undefine

lets take an example, if you have a pizza

and you to divide pizza in 2 pieces, then you can do it by cutting it into 2 pieces

now if you have to devide pizza in 1 piece

then pizza is remain as it is

but, if you are asked to divide pizza into 0 piece what will you do???

YOU HAVE TO EAT THE PIZZA
