Answer:

A rational number is a number which can be represented in p by Q form where Q is not equal to zero .

rational number= p/q where q is not equal to zero..

but zero can be written as 0/q where q is a non zero.

so,yes zero ia a rational number.

example- 0/1,0/24,0/-100
