a=31 d=28-31=-3

An=a+(n-1)d
0=31+(n-1)-3
-31=-3n+3
-31-3=-3n
-34=-3n
n=34/3

so it is in fraction so no zero is there in this A.P

an=0
a=31
d=28-31= -3
an= a+(n-1)d
0= 31+(n-1)(-3)
-31/-3= n-1
31/3 + 1 =n
n = 34/3 which is not a natural number.
so therefore, zero is not a term of given A.P...

I hope this answer is helpful to u....
