Assuming earth to be the homogeneous sphere
Density = mass / volume
mass = volume * density
substituting in eqn --- (1)
G * 4 pi R^3* density = 3g* R^2
hence
density = 3g / 4 pi R G
= 3* 9.8/4* 3.142 * 64 * 10^6 * 6.673*10^-11
= 5477 kg/m^3
