Answer:

angle B = angle C = 80 degrees

We know, sides opposite to equal angles in a triangle are equal.

So, AB = AC = 4 cm.

Now ΔABC ≅ΔXYZ

So, by c.p.c.t., XY = AB = 4 cm

                       YZ = AC = 3 cm

angle X = angle A = 180 - (80 + 80) = 20 degrees

angle Y = angle B = 80 degrees

angle Z = angle C = 80 degrees
