Isotonic with 0.9% sodium chloride solution what happens if we place blood cells in a solution containing 1.2 % sodium chloride solution and 0.4 % sodium chloride solution

in 1.2 sodium chloride,the cells have more water and the water is hypotonic ,so the cells will shrink and water will expel out from the cells.

in 0.4 sodium chloride the water is hypertonic solution and so the cells will swell due to water transportation in them through osmosis.
