5 {x}^{2}  + 8x + 4 = 2 {x}^{2}  + 4x + 6 \\  =  > 3 {x}^{2}  + 4x - 2

According to : \sf{b^{2} - 4ac}

We find : \sf{b^{2} - 4ac = 40}

Thus, the nature of roots is real and distinct roots.
