It all started when I accidentally picked up the wrong suitcase at the airport.

It does happen where people will accidentally grab the wrong bag. I once picked up an inbound passenger off of a Southwest flight and pushed her to baggage claim. She told me she had a silver, hard-sided, 4 wheel bag. A bag came out that matched that description, but when I grabbed it and looked at the tag, it wasn’t her name so I put it back on. This bag went around over and over and over again and it was the only silver hard-sided bag that came out.
