though I am in ICSE student, I have heard the story Karma more than 100 Times in my English tuition so I can answer it very easily. Mohanlal's attitude towards Indians was very suspicious and he got the results of his bad Karma or deeds towards Indians.... sir Mohan Lal was very much interested and inclined towards British than Indians so respect them and give them the first opportunity towards everything... but since the two soldiers were drunk they where out of control so so there threw him out.... it's not about well-bred manners of sir Mohanlal rather he was been overpowered by the two soldiers.
happy to help hope you will mark me the brainliest...
