The above description refers to ' a stamp'. 
A stamp can go all round the world in a letter, yet it stays in the corner of the letter.

Some, however have the opinion that this refers to a broom stick. Although it does stay in the corner of our house, but it doesn't go all round the world, except flying broom sticks in fiction.
So, the more obvious answer would be ' a stamp'.

i think it is stamp.stamp is present in every country's letters and letters roam all around the world
