Digestion is an act of using food material or energy.

Digestion is an important working process which is happened in human body. In digestion process , the large insoluble food materials break into small water soluble food molecules, there are two terms for digestion and those are mechanical digestion and chemical digestion. In mechanical digestion means large piece of food materials turn into smaller pieces which can subsequently be accessed by digestive enzymes.And in chemical digestion enzyme breaks food into small molecules which can dissolved.
