Now-a-days as people are becoming very lazy and just doing their jobs and not performing any physical activity that is the biggest reason why nowadays people are having lot of body problems and mental problems . In earlier time we have seen that people everyday wake up early in the morning and used to do some physical exercise and that's why the live more longer than us and in a very fit way that's why Dr always advises us to do some physical exercise at least for 30 min every day in morning to keep our body healthy and to concentrate on our work more efficiently and to be happy and relaxed.
