By studying the structure of a bat wing and a human hand/arm, you can see marked similarities in bone structure. Like humans, bats have a forearm and five fingers, segmented in the same fashion. Though these structures looks dissimilar and have different functions, it is clear to see that they come from a common ancestral design.

Humans have, over more than two thousand years, cultivated wild cabbage as a food plant, and generated
different vegetables from it by selection. These vegetables include cabbage, kale, cauliflower, kohlrabi, red
cabbage and broccoli. These appear very different from each other but have evolved from a common ancestor.
