I think it is best to be the boss because because you will be able to control your own life and not depend on anyone. Working under someone may not give you the space and opportunity to grow.

There is always partiality in getting promotions, so there may even be times where your hard work will have no meaning.

Yes, according to me it is better to be a boss or an employee because

• Boss makes other people work under them which is much better than working under some other's pressure and responsibilities.

• By being a boss you will be able to control your business according to you rather than being an employee and being a puppet of someone.

• Being a boss provides you opportunities to grow and build your own empire with your own hard work but being an employee provides you with very little or restricted opportunity to grow and do something innovative.

• The hard work of a boss is completely proportional to his increasing success but the hard work done by an employee may have times when it will hold no meaning.

• As a boss, one works for oneself and employs other people. This allows them to improve their financial condition and earn much more wealth than as an employee.
