1. It is better to transplant seedlings in a flower bed in the evening and not in the morning because during evening the surrounding temperature is low and there is much more moisture in environment.
2. Whereas a seed sown in mornings will not get enough moisture during to noon time. So at noon it uses more water and chances of dehydration of seed are more.
