People in the cities lead a very busy life. The causes behind people facing difficulties in performing any physical exercises are:
1) 90% of the people in cities are either working or studying or are home makers. They find very less time from their work schedule to do any kind of physical exercises.
2) All kinds of work or studies demands sitting for hours in an office cubicle or in a classroom. Hence , moving the body physically is not required.
3) Villages or city outskirts are more spacious so many people are getting more reliable on gymnasiums, yoga centres than trying do any kind of physical activities on their own like taking a walk from school to home or so.
Solutions are:
1) Not taking car or any vehicle to office or school, colleges. That way, travelling in bus, auto, trains will help them in physical movement of body like running, walking etc.
2) Trying to do household chores on their own, like sweeping and dusting.
3) Waking up early in the morning and going for a run is also very healthy.
