It is difficult to cook vegetables on Hills and mountains explain the reason???

bcz on hills and mountains the temperature is lesser than in other areas. the object that we take to fire takes time bcz of the temperature in those areas.

Because of on height pressure high so vegetable cook before boiling of water but it doesn't cook well
