It is difficult to cut cloth using a pair of scissors with blunt blades. explain.

Because blunt blades has larger area and the force applied becomes small whereas sharp blades has more area than the blunt one thus the pressure produced is less in the blunt one and makes it difficult to cut the cloth..... Hope helped

So, due to large area, blunt blades have low pressure. 

Hence, it is difficult to cut the cloth using a scissor with blunt edges.
