It is easier to culture plant cells in vitro as compared to animal cells. Why?

Plant cells undergo the process of dedifferentiation and became meristematic again. Animal cells do not have any such property of dedifferentiation and hence, they do not have the property of division. Hence, it is easier to culture plant cells in vitro as compared to animal cells.
