It is easier to lift a brick inside water in a bucket than to lift it above water surface.explain why ?

This is because water exerts an upward force called bouyant force on any object immersed in it. Thus, when the brick is immersed in water, its weight decreases due to the force and, therefore, it becomes easier to lift.

This is because water is applying a buoyant force so the brick in the water has apparently lost some of its weight so it is easy for us to lift brick inside water whereas brick above water
