It is easier to pull lawn roller than to push it . Why?

Lets suppose you are a rope.And there is a competition being held between two teams to play tug of war

Case-1

Lets suppose both the team apply same force then the rope will not move in either of the team.

Case-2

If team B suppose applies greater force then it will move towards it.But you know that easily it will not move towards B.Sometimes A applies more and sometimes B but finally B applies so much that it went to team B

Now tell in which case you feel good....I know it will be case 1 as equal forces.Hence that happens in case of lawn roller.

You can also think as you been stretched by both of your sisters.

Now you can tell Case 1 is good than 2
