it is easier to remove fresh strains of ink from the cloth then the stains caused few days ago

Maybe because if the strains are recent then they don't diffuse completely with the surface of the clothes so are easier to remove. But as time passes the ink diffuse with the cloth body and so it because more tougher to remove it and it may also become a permanent impression.

ya it's right..

because the recent strain doesn't diffuse on the cloth so fast..

but after few days the strain diffuses on clothes and therefore it's too hard to remove them.
