it is easy to kick a football, it flies off, whereas you get hurt when you kick a stone of the same size. Why ? {This question is from the book of physics of class 9 C.B.S.E. }

because the football is not as hard as a stone whereas there is air inside the football you can even burst the football

this happens because football is not hard like stone. we get hurt if kick a stone because it is heavy than a football, it is hard, it can't push like a foot ball
in a football it is not heavy. it is soft and we can kick it easily we don't hurt if we kick a football.
