A uses 1 litre petrol for x km

B uesu 1 litre petrol for x+5 km

for A 1 litre = x km
(i) x=1
for B 1 litre = x+5
1 therefore A uses 5 litre of petrol more than B
if x=400 km
For A number of litre =
400
(ii) For B number of litre = x+5
400+5 =405
