I think your question is incomplete probability of loosing game should be .6 then probability of winning will be 1-0.6=0.4

Your question should be like this that Probabibility of Loosing game is 0.6 And we have ti find the probabibility of winning game .
As we know that , Sum of happening of event is 1 then
Let the probabibility of winning game be P(E)
Then ,,
=> P(E) + 0.6 = 1
=> P(E) = 1 - 0.6
=> ➡ Probabibility of winning = 0.4 .
