I think it's not a correct question,
because this star is made up of 2 triangles and one thing that is for sure is that sum of one triangle is always 180 degree so the sum of 2 triangles will definitely be 180 + 180 = 360 degree.

an inscribed angle is half the measure of the arc it cuts off.A"5 star" has 5 points so it cuts the circle into 5 arcs, the sum of the 5 arcs is 360 degree so the sum of these 5 angles is half of 360 degree or 180 degree.
