Let us assume unit and ten's digit of number is x and y respectively.
Now,
Number will be 10y+x.
As per the question ,
10y+ x+27 = 10x+y
9y - 9x = -27
9(y-x) = -27
y-x = -3. ............(i)
And, we know
y + x = 13. .............(ii)
By solving equation i and ii , we will get
y = 5 .
x = 8.
So, Number will be 58.
